Chinese New Year 2016… I was wandering around Jiujiang in Jiangxi province when I happened on a small village close to the city and met a tall man walking off his huge Chinese New Year lunch.

It was as if time stood still at that moment. All around I could hear people enjoying themselves - telling stories of the past year, eating, drinking. Children were laughing, playing in the fields. And he was there, and so was I. At peace. On a timeless afternoon.
